Fine art reproductions are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production, packaging, and shipping.
Sale items ship in 1-3 business days.
Most domestic orders ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. If our shipping is not currently available for your country or province, please email ktye@kristentye.com to see if we are able to fulfill your order!
Framed original paintings are wrapped in acid-free glassine paper and bubble packing, and packed in a sturdy, recyclable cardboard box.
Prints are packaged with cardboard backing in an acid-free cellophane sleeve, in a bubble mailer with additional cardboard for rigidity.
Large reproductions ship rolled in a tube to prevent bending.

Returns
I do not accept returns. However, if your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact me within 14 days of delivery so we can work out a replacement or refund. Thank you for your understanding!
Framing
Each and every frame is custom made for one of my original paintings. Because I consider these handcrafted frames to be a part of the artwork, I choose a style and color that I think suits each individual piece the best. At this time we do not offer services to reframe or switch out frames, but you may choose the frame if you commission a custom painting.
We don’t currently offer framing for any prints or reproductions.
